Pre-school Education Carnival

On 8th August 2009, there was a 6th pre-school education carnival organized at SK Bandar Banting.
Miss Chong, me, Inah and kak Liza had to bring 15 students there to participate in story telling, colouring, choir competition.

We were suppose to depart at 7:30 a.m, but due to the 'Malaysian Retard Culture', those parents sent their children to school late.
Most egregious was, when we called them up and asked if they were on the way coming to school, some of them response: "Huh, not meet there at 7.30a.m meh?"

Gosh! We did give them a notice! Can't they just be responsible and punctual?

Competitions started at 9 a.m in separate rooms. We rushed there and starting to give our students corsages, putting on their clothes, make ups, some food, mineral water etc.
You can see how breathtaking and amazing the scene there. There were 'animals' running here and there. I mean, children wearing their painted masks, costumes, equipments etc. They were stunningly look alike real animals. I was astonished of the creativity of their teachers.

Well, at last, Siti Sarah and Ke Xin both won the 3rd prizes in story telling and colouring. We already expected, SK(C) won't take a gold there.

I had it enough!!! You,the ever stupid, coward, boastful ribald....

If you are really a good MAN, why are you relying on her?
Why is she have to pay for the debt endlessly after years?
She pay for things you spend or hers or maybe your relative?
Why is she blaming *** so much?
If you are a MAN, how dare you raise your spouse burden without giving any helpful hands?
Can't you give her blissfulness?

Do you know, for me, you are just like a gigolo!
You are useless, rubbish!
Sometimes, I hate talking with you.
You keep prattling like a gossip monger.
You are worse than a WOMAN!

You are just like a beggar, await people to do things for you.
Won't you just get your ass up from the chair and DO IT YOURSELF?
You say you are running out of money, but why are you asking other people to do things for you and pay them willingly?
Can't you do a simple thing by yourself?
Why are you relying on the others?

You always say you have a good planning, so what did you end up with?
NOTHING!!!

Stop talking nonsense, shut your mouth up, put your ears on and listen:
If you are not my ***, I'll castrate you one day, NERD!

My 1st Day of Working...

Well, I have to say I got this job accidentally. If my sis didn't mention about one of her colleagues is going to give birth, I think I'm still lying at home as a parasite.
This is not a permanent job, but for me, the salary is quite satisfying for this 3.5 hours job.
Ok, at least, no more lollygag!

At first, my sis thought that I was not taking serious bout this job.
Hey, am I look so unreliable? Perhaps...I must show my stern face to her next time!

1st day in formal wear...(a lil messy, with my terrible hairstyle and baggy eyes, I know)

When I first step in the classroom, there were only a few of children inside. It was still early. They started class at 8a.m.
I can still remember the shocking and stupor faces of them and their parents.

Then, they started to ask:"Hello, are you the teacher taking place of Miss Lim?"
"Yes!", I answered.

As I was still new to the environment, I was unable to take control of those monkeys. (I'm sorry to use the word 'monkeys', but indeed they really act like a flock of monkeys which are out of surveillance.)

Luckily, I have a kind and willing-to-help assistant, Kak Liza. She had several years of experience in this job. Those children, are a bit afraid of her, I mean, sometimes.

On the following days, I think I gotta 'do some researches' on useful techniques and tips to handle pre-school children, or, maybe time can solve everything, who knows?

TV, radio and story books...

White board and some learning cards...

My children, having fun with their clay...

Discussing? No, actually is gossiping...

Happy holidays!

After a month of working, holidays had started to strike. It ends for a week.
It doesn't mean I have much time to spend and relaxing myself though as my sis is opening a handicraft class and I'll assist her in the class up to 3 days.
Well, as long as it gains money, I'm willing to help. Hee...:p

Coming up blog: my working life as a kindergarten teacher.

***Remember to catch up later ya!***

I got my robe returned and obtained my certs!

My sis brought me to UM to return my robe today.
This time, I got my complete set of certificates.
Yes, the 'Bachelor of Language and Linguistic'.

By the way, when we reached there, we were aware that the only wearing mask are the stuffs who work there. How about the rest? Don't they aware of H1N1?

Me, myself and my sis plastered our faces by masks today. We are afraid of the virus infection as several students from one of the school in my area were verified as the carriers of H1N1. So, better take precautions before it is too late, right?

My Big Day @Convocation 2009

~My Convocation~
Date: 12-08-2009
Time : 3.00p.m.

Location : University Malaya

After 3 years of striving life (I think it would be more suitable to be called as 'honey moon' life) in UM,Today, I'm declared as a bachelor.

It recalls what happened in the past 3 years: Scared of being barred for the exam in 1st year as I always played truant, scared of failing the core papers, scared of the oral exams, sick of doing assignments etc.

**Actually, we are considered as blissful students coz our assignments were not that much if compared to other faculties**

Apart from that, of course, I do enjoy my uni life. I think most of the things I've done is go shopping, then went Malacca for 3 times, Genting for twice, went pasar malam and steamboat for soooo many times etc. Ok, I know, this is out of campus, so can you imagine how 'blissful' for a student that is taking language and linguistic?

What we usually do in class were chatting, gossiping, discussing where to go after class, wishing class to be cancelled, planning our trips (most of the time we failed to make it) etc.

OK, OK, OK...back to the topic!!!

Papa, mama and my elder sis (jie) had attended my convo. Jie drove her lil kancil there coz she is not familiar with papa's car. Actually, she wanted to go shopping while waiting for the ceremony as she can't enter the hall.

Important stuff-invitation cards, smart card and slip...

At 1.30p.m, we entered bangunan peperiksaan to register and were queue up to enter DTC. It was messy coz I didn't get myself ready, we didn't know how to put on our robe coz we were absent for the rehearsal. *embarassing*

The ceremony begun sharp at 3p.m. Ended around 4p.m. Taking the scroll was just a minute. Walk on stage, bow, take the scroll, say thank you...That's all! FBL was the 1st faculty to receive scrolls. Wow!

In the hall...

Me, Li Yen and Cassie (Cassie had lotsa facial expression, lol)...

Nicole and I...

This book is thick and heavy...

Yes! Got my scroll (but empty inside)...

Surprise?!...

Singing 'Jalur Gemilang'...

We are declared as Bachelor now...

Me and Nat...

Nat and Cassie...

I was surprise that day, indeed! My aunts that haven't meet up for years and my cousins were there. One of my cousin bro, Yeoh Soon gave me a bear and his mum (wife of my uncle of my mama side) was so delighted. I appreciated them, so much! Oh ya, I forgot to ask them for photo...Alamak!

My junior, Hooi Yu gave me flower and 9th college CC team, gave me souvenir too! (At first, I don't expect to receive anything from anyone) *giggle*
Thank you sooo much!

Hooi Yu and I...

We used to take photo at 'University Malaya 2009' but there were 'brainless monkeys' standing there. I wish to say:"Hey monkeys, I'm not sure from which collage or community you are, but please give way to the graduate person to take photo. Stupid!" (But actually I'm not dare to do that...) So we gave up, changed another place to take photo... Sea of people made difficulty to take nice photo. So, some of my coursemates left UM earlier. Plus, everyone is afraid of H1N1, so just off asap.

Maggie, Yee Fun, Kim Yee, me and Nat (I'm the only one who was looking at the camera)...

Maggie was not concentrate in this photo, she was talking on phone...

Ireese and us...

With Chen Joo and Lee Yin, from Japanese class...

I asked Ireese to do this...Kiss kiss kiss...

Ashley, from English class...

Me and Joo...

Me and Choi Yee (Erm, my cousin was there, too)...

Lovely ah Haur kor kor...

3 of us again...

I went to find papa, mama and jie later. Then, my another aunty and her son were there too! Now it's time for the family photo session. My eldest sis was absent coz she can't manage to go as she needs to work on Sat.

Us with my 4th aunty from Kelantan...

With her son, ah boy...

My dearest papa and mama...

My very personal portrait, taken by jie...

Besides, I bumped into my ex-roommie, Ching Yin and ex-classmate, Wei Hong too! It was a great day for me, thanks God for treating me good.

Wei Hong and I...

Chin Yin and I...

Our coursemates are too hardly to get together. We didn't take any complete photo of french class students. 1 among us was not going to convo and another one still need to extend for a semester. *sigh*

We left UM at 5p.m. but reached home at 8p.m. OMG! An hour journey became 3 hours...So, can you imagine how terrible the traffic jam in Kuala Lumpur?

Problem logging in blogspot...

Recently, I'm facing problem to log in blogspot.
The log in page loaded very slow and I was failed to create post. *sigh*
Guess there must be the connection problem.

Well, I had started my part time job as a kindergarten teacher since last two weeks. (I suppose to create the related post last week but failed due to the connection problem)
It's fine! Catch it up later ya!

Papa and mama are coming on Tuesday. Papa drives here, I'm a lil worry coz it is a tiring journey driving all along the way from Bg. Serai to Klang. I kept 'noticing' papa not to drive too fast and be careful when passing by the valley as I heard from Ireese that there was too foggy the day she came KL. *Bless*

Can't wait for the coming of my parents and the steamboat 'party' we are offering on Wednessday night. Aunties, uncles and my cousins are being invited. This is a good chance to meet each other as some of us didn't meet up for years.

Conclution : My convocation = family gathering
This is great, no? *giggle*
