Genting Trip

160109, 6 of us fr french class went 2 Genting Highland.
Our bus was at 9pm at KL Sentral.
Lee Yin gave me n Tyng a lift 2 the bus stop in UM, while Maggie n Cassie went there 2gether n Nicole gonna meet us at KL Sentral.

V arrived Genting at about 10.15AM.
Then, Cassie, as our tour guide, led us 2 theme park.
B4 tat, v decided 2 take prompt photo. Each of us spent RM5 for tat.

There was not as crowded as usual yesterday, so v had lot of time 2 play.
But it was foggy, v could merely c the theme park.
I was quite excited coz all of my favorite games were available except the spinner tat was under maintenance.
V shared a locker 2 keep our bags, then, started our 'journey'.
Although v were hungry, but v still insisted 2 play certain rides 1st.
My dear Cassie is a coward, she does not dare 2 play trill rides.
V met some foreigners who didn't like 2 queue up too!

Later, v went lunch at Kenny Roger.
V spent a total of about RM110++.
It was shock 2 bump into former IBM students, they are now UUM's students in Genting.
Well, they were a flock of 20++ person, scattered in small groups.
I don't know they well, but Tyng n Nicole did. Some r their friends.

At first, 1 of us asked 2 enter casino 1st, then the theme park.
Cassie gave explanation though. 4 a gambler, there is a taboo, once u enter casino, never re-enter the 2nd time, the reason is it will coz u loose ur money. C, how expert she is.
So, v entered theme park anew.
It was glad tat all of us were still getting 2gether, but not divided into groups.
V continued our rides n taking photos again.

V took everything in locker n headed 2 the exit.
V rush 4 motion master.
Tyng couldn't enter indoor games. So only 4 of us going-Lee Yin, Cassie, Nicole n I.
After all, v surged 2 the casino. Hee...the 1st time 4 me 2 win money there. It was juz like a dream, but tat'z true.
4 of us went dinner while Cassie n Nicole stayed in the casino. Then, after finish our dinner, v went find them coz is time 2 get the bus.
9PM, v departed...
V reached around 11PM in college.

Phew...hanging out again 2 pasar malam 2day after class wv Lee Yin, Tyng n Cassie.
V found tat it was 2 early 4 us 2 head there as there were few of hawkers set up their stalls.
So v loitered there n had our dinner in a restaurant.
V bought sundry things, erm...I borrowed money fr Tyng coz I oni hv RM10 wv me.
Then v bought a 'petit gateau' n shared it in room.

I'm dog tired 2day. Woke up early in the morning 4 tutorial class.
But then unfortunately our french class is being canceled. So v spent our time gossiping in canteen n computer lab. Then, went 2 Dutch class 4 a movie.

Erm...actually, the movie is not my cup of tea, I nearly fell asleep watching it, they were love stories, named 'Alles is liefde' (Love is all). Oh...I don't like 2 watch love movie, is damn boring.
Well, I hv no choice though.

OK, v were allowed 2 go after the movie, so Nicole asked Maggie 2 come pick us up earlier as v need 2 go KL Sentral 2 buy tickets 2 Genting. V made dis decision in a sudden when v were discussing at the canteen. At first, v hope tat the whole class wil go, but dis 'dream' never comes true since 1st semester. Finally, oni 6 of us r going on dis fri-me, Tyng, Cassie, Maggie, Nicole n Lee Yin. Tat's great, no? At least there r half of our classmates r going.

Hehehe...after all finished, v went 2 The Gardens, again, 2 Red Box. Now I know who 2 drag out 4 singing, c'est Nicole! She loved cantonese songs, so do I! V enjoyed our dinner buffet there, to n fro fr our room 2 the site, gobbling, becoz v were vr hungry!!!!

Although v came bec earlier 2day, but it was tiring. I'm gonna stretch myself, sprawl on the bed, n embrace my pillow...

Finally, I collected the whole series of my favorite drama.
Tatz 'Vampire Expert II', starring by Lam Ching-Ying, Kiki Sheung, Mang Hoi, Frankie Lam, Annie Man, Eric Wan etc.

At first, I was quite hesitant, should I buy it? Tatz becoz I hv a pirated copy of it at house, but without bloopers.

But after a deep thinking. Erm...I think I should. I started 2 buy one of the six chapters, 2 examine the differences between original n pirated copy.

Guess tatz my luck, I grinned, my roommates flabbergasted, thought of wat happened 2 me.
Well...I couldn't kept myself calm. I was so delighted! Tatz the version I ached 4 a long time, it crackled with those precious bloopers. I've been searching over webs, even shops, but they were all out of stocks. Hoo~finally...Thanks god!

Undoubtedly, I rushed 2 the same shop 2 buy the rest of them. Some of them were sold out though. So I kept on searching at another shops. As fast as I can, I grab them at Hong Kong Video. The price is more expensive, but they worth it. One of the shopkeeper told me tat the drama is selling like hot cakes, it's better 2 collect them asap coz they only hv a little sets of them.

Although the cover is not as 'pretty' as the 1 I saw through some webs, but the content is the same. Importantly, is an original copy. 4 those who love dis kind of drama like me, u should hv them 2! Grab them fast b4 they were sold out.

Vampire Expert II

Synopsis:

In Vampire Expert II, Lam Ching Ying reprises his role as Taoist priest Mo Siu Fong, who dedicates his life to fighting evil demons and spirits. When tomb-raiding female bandit Black Rose (Kiki Sheung) accidentally awakens the tomb's curse, Mo is faced with an army of vampires that is quickly advancing on a local village. As if that wasn't enough, he must also deal with priest-gone-bad Lui Gong (John Ching), wandering spirits, and the mounting pressure from local authorities and reporters. Vampire Expert II also co-stars Frankie Lam and Mang Hoi as Mo's disciples and Eric Wan as a police chief.

Good day! Tyng n I accompanied Ching Hoong 2 Wisma UOA II 4 an interview.
V waited her 4 a moment at KLCC food court.

Her face was plastered by disappointment once v saw her coming out. Well, she likely loves tat job, but wat the company want is not a fresh graduate, but experienced.

Tyng booked a room in red box, Low Yat, via call. So v headed there after the interview. A couple of hour b4 tat, v did some shopping nearby. V met a crew of show shooting in Sg. Wang. Busying on the stage were Ah Xian, Huang Yi Fei, Danelle Lee etc. Taz likely a CNY game show. There was not as crowded as usual, so I could take some pics there.

V sang up 2 5 hours, wrapped up at 10pm (thinking there were no customers, they let us another free hour *giggle*).
V backed in college at nearly 11pm. V really enjoyed ourselves.

It was raining, so Ching Hoong's friend gave us a lift to SKET.
Tyng accompanied me 2 bank then, v padded along the road 2 CIMB.
After tat, v went 2 KFC 4 dinner n returned 2 college.

The meaning of '屈机'

There is a term in TVB drama 'Click入黄金屋', which, I am watching recently.
That is '屈机' (wat kei).
So, I searched through the net n found dis...

屈机是一个香港及周边区域所用的游戏机术语。早期用于游戏机中心内指对战中的挑战者利用一些由游戏程式作者有意无意间制造出来的漏洞，使玩 者在先达到某种条件或进行某行为之下，可轻易地（有点不正常地）达到游戏内某种目的，从而战胜被挑战者。这些漏洞，一向被认为是禁忌招数，在游戏机中心内 的对战是禁止使用的。

　　后来，这个词语渐渐融入香港的流行文化中的俚语，泛指任何使用建制上的漏洞而使事件得以达成的手段，都被统称为“屈机”。

　　广义的“屈机”，是指被强横方式硬逼，觉得无可反驳，无法还手，譬如遇上明显比自己强的对手或形势，毫无招架能力，只好无奈接受。

　　屈机的情形，其实较常出现于格斗游戏中，当中以Capcom的街头霸王及SNK的拳皇系列等最 为普遍看到。主要的问题是其中一方的玩家，可能会不断反覆使出同一招技能或直接将对手推至墙角，再不断以技能或特技攻击对手，结果对手或电脑角色在没法回 避及反击的情况败阵，此为屈机最常见的情况。然而在香港的游戏机中心之内，有一种不成文的规定称为“让Round”，假如其中一方的玩家使用这样的方法胜 出，有可能会招致对手的不满，严重者可能会招致被人殴打报复，因此屈机的情况多数只适用于面对电脑角色。以下为两个应用的例子：

　　“哗，你都好屈机㖞！”—用作形容词
　　“好心你唔好屈机啦！”—用作动词

　　例子: 如果有个人，佢个肚腩可以大到坐o系到果阵将两只手摆在上面，而佢同你讲:“你得唔得?”的时候，你就可以同那人讲:“你真系屈机！”

　　屈机之另一用法，是一方在对赛中以大比数击败对方，称为“屈佢机”。

Then, v went 2 Petaling Street, teehee!
V bought discs there. Julie, 10s a bunch 4 accompanying me there.

Julie and I went to the dentist 1st for our ortho appointment.

High class shop lots n food court were not our cup of tea. So v decided 2 go Kim Gary 4 our lunch.
After having our dainties, v went buy monorail ticket.
At 1st, v thought tat Chen Joo was going 2 join us, but then she dumped us, so did Ching Hoong.
Haiz...so disappointing!!!
Fine, v loitered at Sg. Wang n waited 4 Tyng n Rachel in MCd.

No longer then, Tyng n Rachel pulled in.
They haven't had their lunch yet.
V returned 2 Kim Gary again.

Then, v went 2 Pavilion, again.
